Enrollment is confirmed after successful registration and payment, subject to seat availability and verification.

Fees may be paid through supported payment methods including UPI, Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, Stripe, bank transfer or cash where accepted.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Course access is granted only to the enrolled student and must not be shared.

Schedules may change when reasonably necessary. Recorded content remains the intellectual property of Grow Biz Academy.

Students must maintain respectful conduct, submit original work and comply with academy policies.

All course materials, videos, software, documents and branding are owned by Grow Biz or its licensors.

Certificates may be issued after meeting applicable completion requirements.

Grow Biz Academy may provide placement assistance, internship support, resume guidance and mock interviews. Unless expressly stated in writing, enrollment does not guarantee employment.

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for fraud, misconduct or policy violations.

Services are provided subject to applicable law. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi shall have jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
